As an Engineering and Policy Analysis Masters student at Delft University of Technology, much of my work emphasizes computational methods for social science applications. I am passionate about the combined use of data and journalism to convey stories within the realms of urban planning, social justice, and pop culture.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I also provide my expertise through free-lance and consulting work, as I act as an Data Scientist, Data Visualization Designer, and Documentary Photographer. I have worked with organizations from both the public sector and private sector to create visual narratives around topics such as urban ecological health, the impact of COVID-19 on urban mobility, and the Opioid Epidemic in Western Canada.
My interests include: data science & visualization, data journalism, visual storytelling, documentary photography, web development, urbanism, and social justice.
